The Baker Mat Club mission is to build character, confidence, and achievement through wrestling. We will promote wrestling as an individual sport that relies on teamwork for success. BMC’s competition goal is to develop wrestling skills that will enable wrestlers to compete in high school and college.

Registration is $85 with a cap of $170 per family for October through December. Please pay online, or bring a check made out to Baker Mat Club, or cash. $5 of every registration will go to Abel's Army. Abel Bain and the rest of his family are a big part of our wrestling family here at Baker Mat Club. Abel was diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Thank you for supporting Abel! Abel's Army will go on the sleeve of the t-shirts.
We are also looking for sponsors to go on the back of all of our club t-shirts. A sponsorship is $200. We are a 501 C3 Non-Profit, so it is tax deductible as well! Thank you for your support!
Coach Sprague will be coming to Baker on Nov. 21st &22nd.  Once we have the flyer made we will post it to the website as well as facebook.  Baker Mat Club will cover $100 of the cost for any Baker Mat Club Member as well as any Baker High School/Middle School Wrestlers interested in attending.  The remaining $129 would be paid by the wrestler's family.  The Clinician is Coach Marc Sprague from USA Cobra.  He is a wrestling legend as far as coaches go and puts on a great camp!
Baker Mat Club and the YMCA are coordinating efforts together and combining programs.  Everything will be run through the Mat Club this year with the assistance of the Y.  Right now we are working on other possible practice locations and will have updates within the next few weeks!  With the Mat Club and the Y working together we can build our wrestling program into a powerhouse!
